Glambag time! I'm so excited for the goodies I got this month. I can't wait to share them with you!

  • Ofra Cosmetics Truffle Lip Gloss Retail Price $15.00
    • This is such a pretty, shimmery gloss. It adds just a touch of color, but it has tons of shine! And a bonus is that it smells so good!
  • Smith & Cult Nail Lacquer. Retail Price $18.00
    • I got the color Bitter Cashmere Daydream which is a gorgeous light green that has a sort of greyish tint to it. I have some other Smith & Cult nail polishes, and they are amazing. They are extremely chip resistant. 
  • Laruce Beauty Face Set. Retail Price $134.00
    • Yes, you read that retail price correctly. This brush set is $134! It comes with 4 brushes, so that comes out to  over $33 per brush. While they do feel very heavy and well-made compared to other brushes I've received, I'm not sure most people would be willing to pay such a high price. The bristles are super-soft, so I'm excited to try them. 
  • Tula Skincare So Polished Exfoliating Sugar Scrub.  Retail Price $32.00
    • I've said it before, and I'll say it again -  I love Tula Skincare! I've been wanting to try the exfoliator, so I'm so excited I received this! Based on their other products, I know I'm going to love this! 
  • Il Makiage Color Boss Multi-Dimensional Eye Color. Retail Price $29.00
    • I received this in Alter Ego which is a metallic purple. It's gorgeous, but I'm not sure I would shell out $29 for this. Maybe for an entire palette, but it's hard to justify the price for one shade.

Summer is almost here and I'm ready to spend some time at the pool, so of course that means I need some new swimsuits! I used to be obsessed with Victoria's Secret Swim, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend so much this year. Is it just me, or have their prices increased drastically? Last year I bought a few bikinis from Amazon, so I took a look around there, but no luck. I've been seeing tons of Influencers on Instagram post super cute swimsuits from SHEIN, so I went to the website to take a look. First off, the website is very overwhelming because there are so many options. You could scroll for hours and not run out of options. Second, everything was shockingly cheap. The average price for a bikini (top and bottom) was around $10. That's not some sort of special sale price. That was regular price. The ones on sale were about $3.50. Charcuterie Board for Two

Hello everyone! I don't know about you, but I am really missing having parties and gatherings with friends. Even going out to eat isn't an option for most people. Just because we can't have a bunch of people over doesn't mean we can't have our own personal party! One of my favorite things about a party is a charcuterie board. I can't wait to share my tips with you, so let's jump right in and start our party for two! To start you'll need a board and a couple of small bowls or jars. Little bowls are perfect for nuts, jams, and spreads. You may also need a small spoon or cheese knife depending on what you decide to add to your board. Once you've got that, it's time to decide what to put on your board.  Since this is a board for two, I like to forget about the "rules" of what you should have.  Happy October friends! How is the fall weather and spooky season treating you? I've really been enjoying it so far. The only thing that can make it better is my Ipsy Glambag Plus. Check out what I got this month! Dermalactives Ultimate Glow Apricot & Green Tea.  Retail Price $55.00 This is a new brand for me, and it looks really promising. This 7oz body scrub helps to exfoliate and condition skin using apricot abrasives and green tea. I can't wait to get into this jar! PUR 4-in-1 Skin Perfecting Powders.  Retail Price $34.00 My glambag was supposed to include this in Fair/Light, but unfortunately it was missing. Ipsy has confirmed that they will ship this out to me ASAP, so I hope to have it soon. This compact contains a bronzer, highlighter, blush, and setting powder.
