I am so excited to share details about my first Ipsy Glambag Plus of the year! I think 2021 is going to be a year filled with lots of great makeup and skincare. Let's get started!

  • Complex Culture Power Pose Lip Gloss. Retail Price $18.00
    • In my November bag I received a Complex Culture Lip Cream and it has become one of my go-to products. If this lip gloss is as good, then I'll be wearing it all the time. I got the color Champagne Pearl which is a sheer with a sparkly pearl-like shimmer. 
  • Complex Culture Time Pressed Lip Balm. Retail Price $12.00
    • Since the pandemic started, I spend most of my time at home, so I use lip balms a lot. Since 
      Complex Culture has been so amazing with all of their other products, I feel certain I will love this. This balm is said to provide intense moisture which I could definitely use right now!
  • Cela Creme Violette. Retail Price $28.00
    • I am in desperate need of a good body lotion, so I'll be putting this one to the test immediately. The soft lavender scent will make this perfect to use right before bed.
  • Doucce  Freematic Smokey Eye Palette.  Retail Price $65.00
    • I already own this palette, so I know how amazing it is. The colors are everything you could want in a smoky palette and it stays on for hours. When I use it with a primer, I had no creasing. Now I just have to decide which lucky friend I will be passing this on to.
  • Laboratoires Filorga Optim Eyes. Retail Price $49.00
    • Getting this is perfect timing. I'm almost out of my eye cream, and I was looking to try something new. This eye cream has hyaluronic acid which helps to reduce puffiness and is also said to smooth and brighten the eye area. That sounds like a win to me!

Summer is almost here and I'm ready to spend some time at the pool, so of course that means I need some new swimsuits! I used to be obsessed with Victoria's Secret Swim, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend so much this year. Is it just me, or have their prices increased drastically? Last year I bought a few bikinis from Amazon, so I took a look around there, but no luck. I've been seeing tons of Influencers on Instagram post super cute swimsuits from SHEIN, so I went to the website to take a look. First off, the website is very overwhelming because there are so many options. You could scroll for hours and not run out of options. Second, everything was shockingly cheap. The average price for a bikini (top and bottom) was around $10. That's not some sort of special sale price. That was regular price. The ones on sale were about $3.50. Charcuterie Board for Two

Hello everyone! I don't know about you, but I am really missing having parties and gatherings with friends. Even going out to eat isn't an option for most people. Just because we can't have a bunch of people over doesn't mean we can't have our own personal party! One of my favorite things about a party is a charcuterie board. I can't wait to share my tips with you, so let's jump right in and start our party for two! To start you'll need a board and a couple of small bowls or jars. Little bowls are perfect for nuts, jams, and spreads. You may also need a small spoon or cheese knife depending on what you decide to add to your board. Once you've got that, it's time to decide what to put on your board.  Since this is a board for two, I like to forget about the "rules" of what you should have. Ipsy Glam Bag X May 2021

 I finally decided to go for it and add the quarterly Glam Bag X. After seeing what everyone has been getting in past boxes, I had to go for it! This box adds an additional $30 to your subscription cost quarterly, so it's $55 each quarter. Each quarter a new celebrity or makeup pro will curate the boxes. The May box is filled with Kloe' Kardashian's favorite items. Check out what I got in my box! 111Skin Rose Gold Radiance Booster.  Retail Price $135.00 I think each box comes with at least one really expensive luxury item, and this was what was included in my box. The booster serum can be mixed with your moisturizer to give your skin a dewy glow. It is brightens and hydrates skin and has tiny little gold sparkles in it. Although this is a great product, I was disappointed with this. I was really hoping to get the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream. I've really been wanting to try it.
