Ipsy Glambag Plus March 2021
Another month, another Ipsy Glambag Plus! Opening my Glambags never gets old, and I'm excited to share my March goodies with you. Check out what I got below.
- MOTD Cosmetics In a Blush Blending Eye Brush set. Retail Price $58.00
- This is a set of 5 pretty pink eye shadow brushes. I am a firm believer that you can never have too many eyeshadow brushes. The set includes brushes for blending and some to use for more detailed application. They feel very well made. With a retail price of $58 for the set, that comes out to almost $12 per brush. While it's kinda pricey, it's in line with other eye shadow brushes of the same quality.
- PIXI Beauty pHenomenal Gel. Retail Price $24.00
- I was confused at first about the product. I thought it was more of a serum, but it is actual a gel moisturizer. I am a big fan of gel-like moisturizers because I find they absorb better. This one has a light, silky feel. I can't wait to give it a try!
- Belle En Argent Panachromatic Eyeshadow Palette. Retail Price $30.00
- The palette is in the color Plum Premonition. It is beautiful and very much the kind of colors I love! I would describe it as neutral with pretty plums which makes sense based on the palette name. There are matte, metallic, and glitter finishes. It swatched really well on my hand, so I'll be giving this palette a try really soon with my new eye shadow brushes.
- Florence by Mills Glow Yeah Hydrating Lip Oil. Retail Price $14.00
- I've been using lip oils way more than lip gloss lately, so I'm very happy with this pick. It has African mango butter and paracress flower. I was expecting a sweet smell or flavor, but it is completely free of any scent or taste. This would be perfect for anyone who is sensitive to perfumed products. I'm wearing it right now and I love it!
- Kosas Tinted Face Oil Foundation. Retail Price $42.00
- I got this in Tinted 01 which appears to be the lightest shade. I am very fair, but this might me a little too light for me, but considering I haven't seen much sunshine in the last few months, it may look fine. The coverage is light-weight and buildable. My skin gets very dry this time of year, so this may work really well for me.
The total for the March bag comes to $168! Always such a great value! I'm considering upgrading to the Glambag X, but I haven't decided if it's worth it yet. Comment below if you've tried it yet and let me know if you think it's worth the upgrade.
