Happy Ipsy Glam Bag Plus Day! I have another exciting monthly bag to share with you, and it's a good one! 

  • Akar Skin Pure Lip Restoration. Retail Price $30.00
    • I use lip balms and lip masks way more than glosses and lipsticks these days since most of my time is spent in my home office. This is a very expensive lip treatment compared to some I've tried, so I'm hoping it's worth the price. It can be worn as a lip mask at night or used throughout the day. It can even be worn under lipstick!
  • ThisWorks Deep Sleep Body Cocoon. Retail Price $40.00
    • I've used the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray by ThisWorks, and it has a lovely lavender scent. This body cream has a very similar smell. I find lavender very calming, and a lot of people swear by these products. I typically don't have any trouble sleeping, so I can't say whether it helped me sleep or not. But it does smell wonderful!
  • Cela Creme de la Creme. Retail Price $30.00
    • I love my other Cela cream because the smell is so amazing, and this one is no different! I definitely need a great moisturizer for self-tanning season, so receiving this moisturizer is perfect timing.
  • Beau Gachis No. 7 Collection Brushes. Retail Price $30.00
    • The price of this brush set is really amazing. Usually brush sets have a price of $12 - $15 per brush, but this set comes out to $6 per brush. They feel soft and very well made. The bristles are 100% synthetic and the handles are made from bamboo.
  • Honest Beauty Everything Cream Foundation. Retail Price $22.00
    • I got mine in the color cream. I love Honest Beauty products, and I'm so excited to try this foundation. It provides medium to full coverage with a demi-matte finish. I've tried several different foundations lately, and I haven't been impressed yet. I'm hoping this is going to be my new go-to product.

Summer is almost here and I'm ready to spend some time at the pool, so of course that means I need some new swimsuits! I used to be obsessed with Victoria's Secret Swim, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend so much this year. Is it just me, or have their prices increased drastically? Last year I bought a few bikinis from Amazon, so I took a look around there, but no luck. I've been seeing tons of Influencers on Instagram post super cute swimsuits from SHEIN, so I went to the website to take a look. First off, the website is very overwhelming because there are so many options. You could scroll for hours and not run out of options. Second, everything was shockingly cheap. The average price for a bikini (top and bottom) was around $10. That's not some sort of special sale price. That was regular price. The ones on sale were about $3.50. Charcuterie Board for Two

Hello everyone! I don't know about you, but I am really missing having parties and gatherings with friends. Even going out to eat isn't an option for most people. Just because we can't have a bunch of people over doesn't mean we can't have our own personal party! One of my favorite things about a party is a charcuterie board. I can't wait to share my tips with you, so let's jump right in and start our party for two! To start you'll need a board and a couple of small bowls or jars. Little bowls are perfect for nuts, jams, and spreads. You may also need a small spoon or cheese knife depending on what you decide to add to your board. Once you've got that, it's time to decide what to put on your board.  Since this is a board for two, I like to forget about the "rules" of what you should have. Ipsy Glam Bag X May 2021

 I finally decided to go for it and add the quarterly Glam Bag X. After seeing what everyone has been getting in past boxes, I had to go for it! This box adds an additional $30 to your subscription cost quarterly, so it's $55 each quarter. Each quarter a new celebrity or makeup pro will curate the boxes. The May box is filled with Kloe' Kardashian's favorite items. Check out what I got in my box! 111Skin Rose Gold Radiance Booster.  Retail Price $135.00 I think each box comes with at least one really expensive luxury item, and this was what was included in my box. The booster serum can be mixed with your moisturizer to give your skin a dewy glow. It is brightens and hydrates skin and has tiny little gold sparkles in it. Although this is a great product, I was disappointed with this. I was really hoping to get the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream. I've really been wanting to try it.
